Okay, its finally warm up here so I thought it would be a good time to bring this post back up. I'm going to start grillin soon. :D

I just remembered about the old "heat gun in the toolbox" trick. I want to try it someday, its small, easy to use, you can take it with you, and you cant run out of propane. Just gotta make sure you have power though. :wink:

Are you a chef? Jeeeeez! you make all these crazy things, I'm starting to wonder. My parents are always joking with me like I'm the kid from the commercial, "give it to (don't know the name), he'll try anything". I come up with the craziest concauctions.

Hey BoobyFord your food always looks very tasty. Are you in the food industry? You even make the green stuff look good! And Justin the kids name was Mickey.

steak steak steak...the perfect seasoning....i cant hold out on you guys so here it goes...
t-bones and ribeyes------marinated with frenches mustard..YES I SAID FRENCHES MUSTARD and some LAWREYS season salt
really brings out the flavor..just try it and complain when u know im right!!!
hands down better than the best meat ive ever had at ANY STEAKHOUSE :bow: :bow:

Another great marinade is Wish Bone Italian dressing...

I LOVE to cook. I smoke EVERYTHING! But I love Tri-Tip,brisket,pork shoulder,Salmon,turkey,chicken....all of it.

Thank You, I built the entire(trailer and all) Smoker myself. It was all flat plate when I started! :wink:
