Whats your favorate thing to put on the grill, and how do you prepair it?

A human body :drool: . I marinate it in salt and lemon juice for a week then put it on my huge grill made of an old house oil tank. :drool: :hs: :lol: :lol: :lol:
I just like hot dogs and burgers. AND KELBASA :bow: :rock:

Steak And Potatoes! I can't tell you my secret recipe for the taters, ancient family secret you know, but my grill is always open whenever you all want to try some. The steak, I still am perfecting those. I try something different all most every time. Oh! The most important ingredient Charcoal Grill!

Aw come on now, whats the secret? lol, can you change it up, and give me a simalar recipe for taters, ive never had grilled taters

I like steak on the grill and Halibut kabobs, but whenever I grill some meat I also grill some fresh asparagus. I put melted butter, salt and pepper on the asparagus before grilling.

I know it sounds nasty and wierd but snapping turtles or frog legs. My buddy is the best at grilling them. 8)

I like grilling just about any meat. Gotta be charcoal or hardwood though. None of that bottled fire for me.

I make a killer slow smoked pork shoulder. Got pretty good at pork ribs too. Love to grill salmon and bigger catfish fillets.

Steaks don't take long. Best way I've found to do them is get a fairly thick cut with good marbling. Get the coals nice and hot, season them however you like and sear them for a couple minutes per side over direct heat. Then move them off the coals and finish to desired doneness. I like medium rare.

I like to grill tators a few ways too. If I'm doing a fairly long cook, I'll cut some baking potatoes in half, poke some holes in them with a fork, spread some butter on em with some garlic powder and Spicy Montreal steak seasoning. Finish em off with a little shredded cheese.

I've even made biscuits on my grill. :)

You know it's done when you can pull the bone and it comes out clean. The meat just crumbles apart with a fork.

Ham steak. :D Burn some cedar fence posts in an old cut off 55 gallon drum that is about 20 inches high. Place an old bar-b-que grill over the cedar coals. Next place a cookie sheet on the grill and then cook the ham steaks in a marinade of your choice, usually just store bought hickory sauce. Turn the steaks frequently till they are cooked through. And all this time draining as many Molson's Canadian with your good friends. :thup: Cubed potatoes mixed with peppers and green onions wrapped in aluminum foil can be cooked on the same grill as the steaks. Another good one is porter house steaks, or T- bones, that have been marinated overnight in either 7-Up or Dr. Pepper. Great stuff, great thread just in time for that summer tail gater. :hd: Don't think I want the burning barrel on my tail gate though. 8)

Smoked pork, catfish and beef brisket.

Pork is my favorite though. rub it down the night before with a mix of paprika, black pepper, kosher salt, raw sugar, a little cayenne...throw it on the smoker at around 200 degrees for about 15 hours...I used lump charcoal for heat and hickory for smoke...mop it good every hour with a mix of the above spices simmered in vinegar and pineapple juice....

I prefer NC red vinegar sauce but most people prefer the Kansas city stuff, aka sweet ketchup. I make my sauce with cane syrup, vinegar, a little tomato sauce nad some spices that are secret.

It's pretty good
