Sticky Question

Anybody have the 1966 Ford TSB Article 964 - Brake System Diagnosis? I'm about to start troubleshooting a front end vibration when I apply the brakes at speed. Not when I'm real slow. Smooth on the highway. Binders grab good, just a fair bit of shaking from up front unless I'm less than about 10 mph. I'm thinking maybe wheel bearings, shocks, alignment? Regardless, the sticky thread from Nov 2009 looks like what I need to get smart. Unfortunately, whenever I click on the links it doesn't work. Can't find that article on the interwebs, either. Turns out 3 of my drums are warped. Diagnosis complete.
Could be a useful document in the future though. Hopefully somebody can find a copy.
