Gauges stopped working

Gauges stopped working
So I was putting leds in my gauges and after I hooked everything back up none of the gauges work (gas, temp) is it the voltage regulator or did I mess something up somehow? I've pulled the cluster a couple times before and never had this problem.

Without being there to look it over, I can only offer what I do. When something quits working after I screw with it, I always look it over very carefully. 99% of the time it's something stupid I did

That's what I was thinking but I undid everything I did and still nothing.
