hi guys - wow I've not checked in here for a looong while!
my bump's been off the road for too long, so I dragged it out of storage, and have set to fixing all the faults which stop it being legal for the road
main thing was some welding near to the e-brake mountings, and some to the floor on the other side near the seatbelt mounts - need to do a cambelt on the swapped in diesel motor, and some electrical gremlins - but the thing that is holding me up at present is the drivers side (lh) door catch - one of the springs in the latch has broken, so my door is roped shut for now - not going to impress the mot tester!
I've had a look on lmc, and rock auto, but both don't seem to list a door catch for the bumpsides - everywhere over here is shut for easter so I can't ring around, but I was wondering if a door catch off a later dentside truck might work? or any other bright ideas on where to get one? I have found one bumpside in a wreckers over here, but it's a loooong drive away from me, and there's no guarantee that that one even has a door catch!
cheers! kev

Post in the Parts Wanted, someone should be able to get one.
Out of curiosity I checked US Postal Service Priority Mail International rate for Wales/Northern Ireland, shipping from the West coast would be about $25.USD.,6-10 days .
