70 f100 turn signal issues
Put a new flasher in and still don't have signals. Emergency signals work fine just the blinkers are all dead. Any pointers on where to start looking? Thanks

Aren't there two flashers? One under the dash for emergency and one behind the instrument cluster? Could also be the turn signal switch. http://www.fordification.com/tech/image ... l_7072.jpg

Yeah there are two flashers. Both are new. I guess I need to trouble shoot the switch

Also, it looks as if I tap it right out of the light switch that I am getting it before it's fused. Is that the case? If so I probably ought to add a 2A fuse in my line to the gauge light, correct?

Sorry, but I am a little confused. Are you talking about tapping the light switch to use for the turn signals or the gauge lights, or both?mbetter95 wrote:Also, it looks as if I tap it right out of the light switch that I am getting it before it's fused. Yes, it will be unfused if you use the wire at the ign. switch.

Here is the simplified version of the turn circuit power.
I would start at the fuse, then work my way to the flasher, then to the switch.
