You can mount this thing on the battery or hide it somewhere else. I love it and my insurance went down a few bucks because of having it hooked up. Battery Saver
I just bought and connected a Granatelli Battery Saver. The cost delivered was $125. It works as advertised by disconnecting all circuits from the battery if there is a drain i.e. leaving your lights on. For me the best part is that it also acts as an anti theft device. With the remote switch on your key ring, you can disconnect everything as mentioned so nobody can start your truck. You can mount this thing on the battery or hide it somewhere else.
