1967 Ford F250 needs electrical attention!

Post by uscdog »

1967 Ford F250 needs electrical attention, I am in Canyon Country, Southern Ca. Can anyone recommend a great tech that is reasonable that can eliminate dead wires and restore back to original wiring as much as possible?

1. The BEST way is to rewire the whole thing with a new harness (painless, Ron Francis, etc).
2. Next best is to replace your cut-up harness with a used harness in good condition. ensure you get a harness that matches yours (gauges/idiot lights and 67 specific).
3. and finally... pull your harness and repair it out of the truck... it is about an hour to R&R the harness, and it isn't too difficult.

As for who to do it... if you are asking for help, a Pro for 1 and 3.... you can do #2 if you can match grr-animals.....

Good luck!
