Where can I find gauges?

Post by TheeMc »

Hi all, some of the old timers around here might remember me, I haven't been on too much in the last couple of years. I do have a guage question. The other day my fuel gauge in my 72 250 c/s just up and quit, and I can't seem to find a vendor that carries them, any ideas? I would like to replace the fuel gauge and the dash voltage regulator (the kind for the printed circut board) at the same time. Anyone have any idea where I can gor both? Either? I would prefer new over used, NOS or repro either is fine.....

Thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated.....

Why do we drive on a parkway, and park on a driveway?

Mike,
Good to hear from you man. Think about Alan from time to time-as well as seeing his posts popping up.
I've got the whole panel I offered another member here, but guess he didn't need it. Removed from my 71' when I installed the F-600 panel. Both the gauge and IPVR work fine. How bout' $10.00 plus shipping on your dime?
Would you want the whole panel or just the gauge and IPVR?
Shoot me a PM with your address if you want a shipping quote, shouldn't be too much from here to S.C. though?

before replacing the gauge make sure the fuel sending unit is working...I made the mistake of replacing the dash gauge and it turned out to be the sending unit in the fuel tank.... :2cents: :fr:

Mike,
Sorry I forgot to post this a few days ago. It's hard to remember all the resources Keith has given us here!
