If you aren't dead set on staying original, you can get an adapter plate to mount a Sanden rotary style compressor to the york mount. This is what I will be doing.

If you do want to stay original, I'll make you a deal on some parts I won't be using and would like to see them go to a friend and fellow Lincolnite.
I purchased a rebuilt York compressor fro Factory Air in Southlake Texas. This has been mounted to the bracket in my truck and a used dual groove clutch installed, but it has never had lines installed or been opened in any way. So I guess it still qualifies as new. (?)
I also have a used compressor with a single groove clutch, two sets of different style fittings for the top of the compressor, and a mount for installing the compressor on an FE series engine. (I don't remember what engine you said you had.) The mount on the engine i have now is not included. Here's the pics:

$75 and a PM with your address and phone number get it all delivered.
Let me know.
