Anyone else have this issue?
So, if I touch two wires together I can start my engine. I did replace the starter solenoid, and I have checked all of the fuses. The problem is that I no longer have lights, blinkers or anything, no brake lights nada. I turn my key nothing. All I was doing was replacing an aftermarket volt gauge that someone else had already replaced. If two wires did touch I would not know. Anyone else have this problem?

Check the fuse-able link for damage.
