What wire supplies the fuse box with power ?

What wire supplies the fuse box with power ?
Hello I am in nedd of some help LOL I have no power in the fuse box I have my wires hooked to the solenoid any ideas on that what wire is supposed to supply the fuse box with power ? Thanks

Double posting eh? Cab power is supplied by circuit 37 which is a black wire with a yellow trace and connects to the battery side of the starter solenoid.
