Hey everyone, this is my first post here so don't go too hard on me.
I recently purchased a 1967 Ford F100 as a project truck. It's a three on the tree manual transmission, and an inline 6 300. I've started to work on minor things that need to be done quickly. I noticed that I didn't have a brake light switch after purchasing the truck, so I purchased one online. I was going to install the brake light switch today on the top of the Brake Pedal shaft, when I noticed that I couldn't find any free wires that would hook up on the back of the new Brake Light Switch. Would anyone happen to know which wires are supposed to go to the back of the Brake Light Switch? And/Or where they come from? I've been looking online at some wiring diagrams but I can't figure it out. Thanks so much for any help, I need to get this done so I can drive the truck on the road.
Glad to be here!

Look for two wires that are red.black or red.blue, I can't remember which they are supposed to be. You can also look at the schematics in the tech section.

Hey thanks so much for the help. I had to take the laptop out to the garage today and open the truck's wiring up and take a look at everything. I ended up finding all kinds of connections I needed to fix properly and rewire. Also ended up fixing more than what I had originally set forth to do. All in all I ended up taking off the dash, cleaning all the parts, cleaning and rewiring, and fixing the brake switch light and wiring for working break lights! I'm so glad I purchased this truck, it's gonna be fun!
I will try and get some photo's up of the truck soon.
