Drop kit for my 69 2wd ? I beams, anything?

Post by morganater »

As you may be able to see in my pictures in the welcome mat, the front of my truck sits higher than the rear. I am a fan of a pretty steep rake, contrary to what some people on this site like. I am looking for a way to drop my front end about 3-4 inches with some I beams and/or spindles, and also drop the rear a few inches. I am planing on doing this myself, and I want to keep my 460 in there, and be able to fit my headers, so no radical welded in mustang suspensions or anything like that. I have a new polygraphite bushing set on my truck ( I didn't put it on) but that all would probably have to be redone also, correct? Any info to point me as to where to get a drop kit would be great, thanks!
