Hey Everyone,
It's been a while since my last post and it's good to be back.
So after doing a staring column rebuild a little over a year ago, I realized it's time to invest in a new turn signal switch. I ordered the part from LMC since I couldnt find one anywhere else and didn't feel like doing a tin of looking. I hooked it up today and everything is great except for the fact that the turn signals don't work when the headlights are one...hmmm. Please help!
Thanks!

Did the turn signals work before the new tss? Double check the color coding vs the pin outs. I had a tss a few years ago that was miswired and had to move the pins around for everything to work properly.

You didn't mention what year truck you are working on. If memory serves me correctly, I believe starting in 1970, the parking lights stayed on when the headlights were on. You may have the wrong year TSS in your truck. Just something to think about.

Re: No turn signals w/ headlights on
It's a 1969 F250 2WD no p/s with the flasher switch in the glove box. Sorry! I edited my post and left that out of the rewrite. Thanks!
47-0754 is the part number on the new LMC TSS.
The signals have never worked completely. I purchased the truck from a plumming supply company who would "fix" issue their own way. Needless to say there are TON of crap repairs including the TSS. Having said that, I didn't have a lot to go off of when installing the new TSS so I just connected alike colored wires the best I could.

Make sure all your lights are properly grounded.
the turn signals might be grounding through the lights and when you turn them on they can't blink.
