Stock Interiors Headliners

Post by cbfomoco »

My truck has no headliner. Has not had one since I purchased it. I have been toying with making my own but ran across Stock Interiors. com and found that they sell coverd headliners and seem to be a fair price. I searched and found that some people have purchased the carpet. Any one have any info or puchased a headliner? Any info would be good. Thanks

I haven't seen or heard from anyone that has gotten their headliner, but their carpets are very nice and fit VERY well. I have purchased 3 carpet kits from them now and they have all been good and have good customer service, so I think they are probably worth taking a chance on. More than likely, their headline is going to be a good product.

If you do buy it, please come back here and give us a review and pictures!!

I'm curious myself on the headliners from there. Calfdemon did your carpet have ACC on the box or Auto Custom Carpets? I ordered some carpet for mine and haven't installed it yet, but was wondering about the fit/quality?

Not to stomp on Calfdemon, but since I just did this ...

I bought a kit from NPD. The kit itself was from ACC. It fit in pretty well, except it was too narrow from side-to-side. I have about a 1/2" gap on each side of the cab. The carpet itself was good quality (loop, not the cut loop). It was edged all around, except for the front, which tucks in under the firewall doo-dad. I had to make holes for all of the seat/belt mounting holes. I'm 90% happy with it; I would have been 100% if it was wide enough.

On edit, it was wide enough to go under the door sills, just not wide enough to go against the kick panels.

I just climbed up in the rafters and checked... Yeah, both of my boxes say ACC and Auto Custom Carpets. And this is the same carpet that we put in CNM67's truck, so I am sure his said the same thing. His fit fine. I see that it has been posted that someone elses set was not wide enough, but the carpet we put in Caleb's 67 reached all the way across perfectly like it was custom fitted to the truck. Hopefully mine fits just as nice, but we will see...

Colnago, do you have the high floor hump? That would be just enough to mess up the for.
