Sending unit ohm

Post by caseyj10 »

What ohm is our sending units in our In cab tanks? I have a aluminum tank from an Omc boat that I want to put in the bed. It's 240 ohm. I hooked it up to my gauge but it didn't work at all.

It should read 8-12 ohms full and 70-73 ohms empty.
