I am installing a 1989 EFI speed density engine in to my '67. I have the '89 computer and complete wiring harness. I am trying to use the Haynes diagrams to trace the wires but they are not matching the harness! Example: Pin #1 (KAPOW) on the harness, a yellow wire goes to the starter solenoid and no were else. In the Haynes diagram it is shown going to the fuel pump relay with a tap to the ignition switch. The fuel pump relay yellow wire on the harness also goes to the solenoid with its own wire with no tap to the ignition! There are 8 wires going to the solenoid - 6 yellow, 1 red, 1 black W/ orange tracer. 3 of them go in to the cab through the large round white firewall connector. I need to know where all of those wires end up under the dash. I can not find a wiring diagram for the large round white firewall connector. Does anyone know where I can find this diagram? I need some serious help! Thanks
TJ

Re: EFI in my '67
Hell if I know... it's all apples and oranges... get the wiring diagrams for the 89 and 67 (Both trucks I assume). Then you'll have to deduce/analyze/ conclude what crosses over and what doesn't. As far as a source, head over to this site and see if one is already available or whether a member can post one for ya.
