The clusters you guys mention without the flasher wiring are most likely the early '67 version; used from aug '66 to the end of nov '66. These trucks used a combined signal/emergency flasher box mounted to the brace on the RH side of the column behind the cluster. From dec on, the cluster wiring is the same format til the end of 69 production, including the flasher wires/plug with maybe some color changes and of course depending upon whether four gauges or two were present.

That make sense because all diagram show it's there but it's not Thanx for clearing that up. The FIP cluster did come out of a early 67 model.
