Cargo Light removal...

I don't know what's going on with my cargo light it was working fine then started flickering when on and now it's completely out, I took the 2 screws out of the bezel, but it still won't come off. It feels like its stuck from the bottom, is there any other steps in removal?

pry it away from the rubber. and replace the bulb.
