starter solenoid
installed a 76 460 in my 67 f-100, do i still need the fender mounted solenoid,since the 76 starter has solenoid mounted on it,if not how should i wire it

You use the stock solenoid on the fender to activate the starter starter solenoid, using the fender one as a relay as the starter solenoid take some amps to operate...

ok,put the starter cable on the battery side of the now relay,12 ga.wire on the opposite side to small connector on starter,and leave the s and i wires where they are?
