So, that means you have voltage on one side of the switch when the pedal is up, but none when the pedal is depressed, right?
Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools talk because they have to say something.--Plato
Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???
That's not an oil leak
That's SWEAT from all that HORSEPOWER!!

okie dokie, every single light is now working but i need a new TSS that little clip that sandwiches it all together broke, but i have functional brake lights now. wasnt get any power to the one side of the wire, with the brakes off i had voltage, but with them applied i had nothing so i rewired it and surprisingly i have brake lights now.

The switch is still available from your Ford dealer, part number DOTZ-13341-B. Be sure to take that part number with you, as their computers don't go back that far and they can't look it up by vehicle. Probably wise to replace both horn carbons as well while you have wheel off. I replaced mine last year, details here http://www.fordification.com/forum/view ... a&start=15 .
