A few years ago I replaced the instrument panel on my 72 F100 with the one from an F600. Being as I did not have the plug-and-play that would be a straight shot, I had to wire up the F600 unit by splicing the wires to the new panel. I have now sold the truck without the F600 panel and am attempting to put the wiring back into the original 72 printed circuit panel but cannot find a picture or anything else that shows where the wires go back into the harness connector. If anyone knows what colors go to what number on the harness plug in to the panel could you please let me know? The numbers go from 1-9 on one side and 10-18 on the other.
Thanks.

I believe the box labeled C-49 is what your looking for on a '72. However the plug only has 12 connectors not 18

12 connectors is for dummy lights and 18 is for full gauges. http://www.fordification.com/tech/image ... _71-72.jpg

Good evening USAImages,
Below is my 1972 F250's C-10 connector, and there are many more related photos in this thread:
Could I ask for advice on attaching my Teleflex/V3 gauges?

Do you need a spare C-10 connector by any chance? I chopped mine out and would be happy to pass it along if you need it.
Have an excellent night,
Robroy

Gentlemen,
Thank you all for your help and assistance. I have not had a chance to get back to the truck yet, but plan to on Wednesday or Thursday and am sure that the answer to my problem is solved. It is the panel with gauges. Your pictures are great.
Will post again when I have it back together.
Thanks again!
