if it isnt a bad socket or ground it could be a bad wire or a bad tss even. i would start to see if power is getting to the light first. and then work backwards to the tss.

turn signal switch. those bulbs are dual element bulbs and if one of the elments is burned out it wont work. if one of the contacts isnt contactign it wont work either. only the good side will work in those situations.

Do your emergency flashers work? I'm just trying to narrow it down.

inside of the sockets are those contacts. if they are worn down enough they wont properly contact the bulb. however if the brake light works in the one that doesnt blink then there is something wrong probably in the tss.

If the sockets are bad..where can I get new ones? I don't think that any of the parts books have new ones.

i have never looked to see if they sell new ones or not. they might. but the parts wanted section or the shipping rip off place is available too.
