Led Taillights and HID headlight Questions??

Does anyone recommend installing Led taillights and how easy was it to do??
Same Question for the HID headlights??

you can but it defeats the point in owning a old truck, youd have to upgrade your alternator and use a non thermal flasher for your signals. if you do it use red bulbs for your turns and amber for the front they will be brighter than white/clear LEDS sylvania silverstars are plenty bright enough for me to be happy

I put LEDs in. It was simple and it looks 8) 8)

but they will never be as good as a filament bulb

I'm an electronic tech, and LED's can and will fail. Not as often as filament, but you also have many more LEDs in one light fixture, more opportunity for failure.

also they are unidirectional not multi like a filament
