Good off-road tire for 2wd '72 F250?

We looking for a good tire to put on the back of Grandpa's old truck that my uncle recently restored that would provide good traction off road, on farm, and in town if needed. My grandpa use to have something like Deestone on the rear tires, when he had bias ply, but we are looking for a good radial. I've heard good things about the Firestone Destination M/T2, and was wondering if anyone had any better recommendations. If it helps any more, it has the 16" wagon/trailer style rims that you see on a lot of bumpsides. Thank you so much in advance.
