69 F250 starting problem
So the truck starts but takes multiple times to get her going. Once I get it started it will sometimes die immediately once I put her drive. I will start her again, sometimes this happens multiple times. Once I get her going good she is off to the races and will start first time up as long as it hasn't been too long (an hour or so). She has been like this since I got her a couple of months ago. Any advice tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd check the choke operation.
1967 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
Another 67 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
2016 F-150 Eco-Boost 2.7 liter. (It will smoke the tires!)
1972 F-350 Sport Custom cab & chassis.
1972 F-250 Explorer Special, Camper Special.
1971 F-100 custom. 302, C-4, p.s. p.b. factory 65 amp alternator with transistorized voltage regulator.

Does your truck have a manual choke knob? I believe the automatics also use an automatic choke. Google Ford Autolite choke settings and there are plenty of information that will help you.
