Speedomter cable and gears

Post by Eric46 »

Looking for the speedometer cable length for a 1970 F-250 4x4 and the color/tooth count for the drive and driven gears. Axle ratio is 4.10; NP-435, Dana-24 t-case.

Thanks.

Going from this page here. http://www.fordification.com/partnos/sp ... 4spd01.htm

They dont show your truck with a 410 gear. They do show 71 and 72. The driven gear shown is suppose to be a 7 tooth. The drive gear is either a 19 20 or 21 depending on tire height. Im not sure on cable length right now.
