Stock Stereo but add a Aux Input

Has anybody here figured out a way to keep their stock stereo unit but add only an Auxillary input for use with a device like an iPod or iPhone? I love the AM Tuner in my '70 F250 but I'd also really love to hear some custom selected tunes coming through that mono dash speaker. Any ideas???
