For those of you who have had experience with the brake switch on a 67 F100 (remember, the switch is different than on a 68+ F100), my switch tends to rotate around the bolt after it's been pushed by the rod that leads into the master cylinder/brake booster. Therefore, the switch is not activated when i push the brakes, which I would prefer to have people know when I'm braking, haha. I noticed that the "O" end of the rod is rounded on the outside which causes it to rotate around, while in the attached diagram the "O" end of the rod has a flat spot (top left of diagram, just above part #13480) where the switch makes contact. The guy I bought the truck from added the brake booster, so maybe he installed a different rod to account for the difference in length. Has anyone had similar experience and can share suggestions or tips?

Re: 67 F100 brake switch keeps rotating... grrr
After looking around online a little bit, it seems that there are pushrods available that have a flat end meant to keep the switch from rotating around. It looks like I may need to install a new pushrod... can anyone provide instructions for removal/installation of the pushrods?
