72 Turn signal question

72 Turn signal question
This may be a dumb question but do you need to have all the bulbs in to trip the flasher? I know that some vehicle require this to trip the flasher. Thanks in advanced guys.
1972 SWB 400 HP 347 cid, C-6, 2wd.

It depends on the flasher, it is the load that is needed on the flasher to make it flash so some need more lights then others.

I'm not "Brand Loyal" Ford-Chevy-Dodge-Toyota I have them all, one even cross mixed...
If it Looks good and Works good then it's ok by me. Everything has its issues from time to time...
