My LWB is in very good shape except for the metal bed. No one seems to have complete beds, only patch panels. I read a while back in the FE forum that newer trucks have the same floor, but that the corregations are a different size.
Anyone have succes or ideas on how to deal with this?

i have the same problem, i looked under the bed and saw that the bed is spot welded at every dip to the crossmembers. I was thinking of poping the welds off and putting a plate of steel down. not original but functional...
