Check the link 2 posts up. That was a really old thread and we lost some of the older stuff due to a server issue a few years ago.

This thread helped me out big time. only issue I ran into was pulling the new wire back through. it was a biotch as at the shift column housing it has to shift over through the slotted part. space between the column and shift column housing was pretty tight. I ended up pulling shift housing up and guiding wires through with my fingers.
