Buck67, I've seen that and it pisses me off. Why do people ALWAYS have to swap a chevy into a Ford? I think its because they like Fords but have to show their love for chevies by putting one of their motors in it. I saw a ford Maverick (my favorite car) with a mopar in it.
But yet they take our 9 inches.

I still don't get why people think it's cool to drop a Chevy engine into an otherwise awesome Ford car , it just doesn't make sense to me .

I wouldn't plan to crossbreed a car but if there is a car here that needs a motor and an offbrand motor that is built with hotrod goodies I would probaly swap it in if it was possible

Now why couldn't they stick to the T-Bird 390? heck if they wanted a BB all they needed was a 428 or 427 Ford. Milege is worse with that chevy Boat anchor.

Thats what I do to my derby cars. I'll bet its alot faster now though. Nice car but I would have left it all Ford. My middle son just stuck a 351 W in his 54 Bel-Air, now thats just wrong.
