congrats on at least trying to quit. i am thinking about getting hypnotized or something. last time i quit for over a year and it was all i thought about the whole time. i need to forget that i ever smoked to quit. maybe i could get hit in the head and get amnesia or something.
just keep it up man!

i used to smoke for 6 years...the only way i quit was cold turky....its way tough but i havent smoked for like 6 months now....let me tell you the cravings dont go away..but they do become farther and fewer apart..they say if you can complete a full scheduled week like whatever day u start..7 days from then...i started on a monday and by the next one(one tough week)things started to get easier..
if u can pull that bed off yourself..then your more than strong enough to quit smokes...

Hang in there. It can be done. I started smoking when I was 9 years old, quit cold turkey when I was 67. I am now 71 and still want, but it does get easier as time goes on.

I haven't smoked in about 15 years. I believe that the only way to quit is cold turkey. Don't look for excuses to start up again. I just told myself that I wasn't sticking cigarettes in my mouth anymore.

forget about that relapse...and the now that they are starting to taste bad shows you it was working...try again maybe chew some gum in its place during the next craving..either throw or give that pack away..id say throw it so you dont offer anybody else cancer sticks... :2cents:
