Ignition: Dura-Spark II conversion info.

Post by 390Nut »

Put together a page with a lot of detailed info on locating parts for the conversion to a Dura-Spark II system. Mostly gleaned from the web, I thought I would post it up for everyone, to show how simple it really is to get this system and install it.

There are some links at the bottom of this page, some show very detailed pics of the dizzy, the wiring and also recurving the dizzy.

Keith, feel free to incorporate this if/as you see fit. Also, the link you have for this in the tech area is no longer active, therangerstation.com moved their info to:
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_li ... arkII.html
and a second page to:
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_li ... rkII_2.htm

Hey cool! Thanks Paul!

I've actually been working on a Duraspark article myself, based on everything I've read online, while doing research into my own conversion. However, your info will definitely come in handy.

....and I'll get those links fixed, thanks for letting me know.
