Help-Dome light stuck on!!

Hi All,

Have a 70 f100 sport custom 2wd 360/c6 recently my dome light as become stuck on and won't turn off unless I unplug the battery or remove fuse.
I have tried new door switches and even just unplugging them but nothing seems to work. Any help/thoughts would be appreciated

May be the rheostat on the dash light switch has gone bad. It’s the Spring-like thing on the switch when you twist the knob it turns on the dome light.

thanks, I played with my light knob and threw the fuse back in and light is now off with doors closed. seems the passenger side switch isn't working but that's a problem for another day. Thanks again!
