1976 F250 highboy conversion

I have a 76 F250 highboy I'm restoring. I've scrapped the hydrasteer, and am putting in a gearbox. I'm looking for the adapter mount as well as all linkage.
I know there's a kit available, but it comes with the gearbox as well. Anyone know where I can basically get the kit without the gearbox?
