65 F250 Power Stering converstion

I have seen many posts about getting a PS gearbox from a later model, needing to get different engine perch's etc. Has anyone use a kit like this one? By the time I get the parts a junk yard rebuild them... this would be a lot easier if it works. Any down side? Not sure if I would still have to get a PS steering column.
