73 F250 4 wheel disc brakes

Hello! I am brand new to this forum. I work at a restoration shop called The V8 Speed & Resto Shop. We have a proposed project for a gentleman looking for some upgrades with his 73 F250. One of them is going from 4 wheel drums to 4 wheel discs. It's a 2WD drive truck. I think I have the fronts handled as much of the stock components are still available. It's the rear that's giving me some heartburn. I haven't found any kits available and I don't know enough about this truck to determine what will fit and what won't. Maybe there's a factory rear disc brake rear diff unit I can use? I'm hoping someone can offer some pearls of wisdom. He's also looking for a OD trans upgrade (4 speed, currently) and we'll likely put in a TXO or TKX 5 speed, so we'll likely change the rear gearing to suit.

We don't have the truck in our possession quite yet.

I was wondering the same thing. A quick Google search brought up several companies that make a complete swap kit to put later model GM calipers on a Ford Dana 60. Just Google Ford Dana 60 disc brake swap
