1976 f150 with 351m

Looking at a 76 f150 4x4 xlt with a y engine code but sporting 351m/400 under the hood that looks factory and untouched right down to original everything. Has anyone seen this before, is this a unicorn? Weirder things have happened

1976 with Y code engine should be a 360 FE.

I am aware of that but I have read somewhere that someone else bought a 76 with y code but ot had a 351 in it. Something about late in 76 some got 351 engines but the code wasn't available yet so they had y codes
