Intro from Abilene, TX
Hi y’all!! About 2 months ago picked up a ‘69 Flareside with original 240 under the hood. I’m currently tearing it down to the frame. I will be doing a disc conversion, rebuilding the 240, replacing all wiring, adding PB, PS, and painting a supersonic blue with black/gunmetal gray interior.

For the most part it is in great shape...the common areas need attention, such as the radiator support at the bushing, the right inner fender, and both floor pans are in need of replacing.

I have a 72 parts truck. it has a good wiring harness that I took out of it. only 3 or 4 ends need to be replaced if interested. no mice damage.

Surprisingly no mice damage to the wiring here either...just brittle in some spots due to age. I’m looking into painless for an upgrade to the wiring, so I can add aftermarket stuff as I progress through the restore. I appreciate the offer. If you have any extra parts such as radiator support and/or right inner fender...I’d be interested.

naturally the right inner fender, passenger side, is rusted out. it would be free if any good.

I was lucky and found the left inner at a local salvage yard for $25. Not sure if I’m going to be so luck with the radiator support and right inner as they are highly sought after. Appreciate though!67 short box wrote:naturally the right inner fender, passenger side, is rusted out. it would be free if any good.
