What are your plans for using the truck? That is what will dictate how you build it. If you want a daily driver, then a frame swap to a late model SD is a great idea. That way you keep it all ford!
Cool truck. Dad wanted to find one of those cabs many years ago to drop on my 68. Glad he didn't, as it's not my style, but I think that thing would look great lifted a bit with larger tires. At least that's the mental image I get when I picture it on a SD frame. I'd probably have go take an extra step and make it long bed as well.
DuckRyder looks like it's the logo for a hang gliding company. Looks like it says "Atlas Hanggliding" above a truck and hang glider, then "Moose Jaw" below the image.
