Hazard lights

Post by tyler67f100 »

on my 67 f100 I can't seem to get the hazards working. The switch was converted to a button awhile ago and it has two wires coming out, neither are connected and I have no idea where they go

Hi,

Fordification has GREAT electrical resources. See:

The wiring diagram (upper right) shows the hazard switch with 4 wires coming off of it. You state that you have only 2,..... hum....

Hope this helps,
Lee

You lost me at "converted". That means f*#@!ed up by some joker. I'd suggest uncovering it and making it back to factory condition.

2016 F-150 Eco-Boost 2.7 liter. (It will smoke the tires!)

That is a damn good point, I will most likely have to bring it back to factory. Ill add a picture of what it looks like now and the two unknown wires. One (I am assuming) came though firewall and is also chopped. Ill add it all in the pictures to try to get any sense from it
