Starting problems.

I have a 1970 f-100 6cyl motor is a 85 ford
I had her running then went to start it turned over then just stoped. Now won’t turn over and the light won’t turn on
The batter is new and good.can anyone help me out ??

This is gonna sound dumb but reclean the battery posts and terminals with a little 200 grit sandpaper - I changed the battery in mine and 2 days later it wouldn't do anything until I did that.....easy place to start...... :D

I second that. Check your battery terminals and grounds.
1971 DRW F350 cab and chassis with an Open Road motorhome conversion, Dana 70, 352 (originally 390)/C6, PS, power front discs, and 159" w/b.

I wish it was that but it is not I did that and still nothing.

I suggest that you pull the battery and have it load tested.
