67 light switch

Post by jzjames »

Its a one-year only switch I believe.
Can these switches be repaired by me? Cleaned/fixed etc.?

Ive lost the interior light (above rear window) and the dimmer part of the dash lights. In fact the dash lights wont come on anymore. I think this is because the light switch with its dimmer device is messed up, right?

Can they be opened up and repaired? Thanks for any tips.

Why do you think it´s a "one-year only switch"? What is different to the normal one?? In my opinion the switch from 1965 to 72 is the same. Can you show pics??

the 67 light switch has a different connector on the back side of it from the 68-72 if I'm not mistaken.

You can rig the later switch onto it, but it's different.
