Steering wheel

I have a 68 Ford f250 camper special I'm in the process of restoring. Looking for a stock steering wheel or some help on having mine restored. Can't seem to find anyone that restores older Ford steering wheels. Any help would be appreciated.

If the steering wheel is cracked some folks here have used filler on it then painted the wheel with some durable paint with good results. Another option that would cost more but you can usually find wheels on EBay or local Craigslist in good shape. The same wheel is used on 67-69 trucks.

Falcons use the same steering wheel... repro $150.

Thanks for info, will need more than filler, had a break, needs bending.

If it is a color other than black,the a repro may not be the way to go. Eastood offers a restoration kit with an epoxy filler... still would need to be painted regardless.

Bent and broken? Options are limited......very limited. Your call.

Doesn't Dennis Carpenter manufacture the wheels using the original tooling? I would think they would be a solid. I think the plastics they use nowadays outperforms the original resins they used back in the day.

Dennis Carpenter sells wheels but not 3 spoke original stock tooling.
