Anyone know how to remove key cylinder from the switch assembly in a 72 F100

You have to have the key to do it.
Insert the key / turn to the "ignition on" position / insert a paper clip into the small pin hole under where the key slides in / put pressure on the paper clip while pulling on the cylinder.
Finding someone with the right diameter pins to re-key is the hard part. You can't just use Schlage or Kwikset pins in a Ford key cylinder. :wink:

Correct me if I'm wrong , but I think you turn it to the accessory position , then push in the paperclip and turn the key farther over,and then pull out.

(If you Have a key :D )
