Ok, here goes...
This all started when I noticed I had no STOP lights on the back of my 1968 Ranger.
I replaced the brake light switch.
Still no brake lights.
My TAIL lights work in the rear.
My TURN signals work in the rear.
My Emergency Flashers work in the rear.
But, NO BRAKE/STOP lights.
My parking lights work all the way round.
However, with my Emergency Flasher "ON", the front left parking light will not work at all.
Also, my right side turn signal "IN DASH" bulb will not work with the turn signal, but it DOES WORK with the Emergency Flasher "ON"?
I have replaced both the Emergency Flasher, and the Turn Signal Flasher.
I have double checked every bulb to make sure they are double filament.
I'm just not knowledgeable enough with the wiring in this truck to fix it.
I have ALL the ORIGINAL LABOR MANUALS for my 1968 F100, but the is not a lot of troubleshooting info in them.
Can somebody please HELP or at least pray for me, OR BOTH!!!!!
Need help with Troubleshooting my lights...

Re: Need help with Troubleshooting my lights...
Have you checked your turn signal switch? Chances are pretty good your problem is in that area.
Other stuff: 1) check the wire connector on the left-side frame rail behind the LR wheel, on top of the frame. Check to see that there is power there for the brake and turn signals. Check the "V" connector here: http://fordification.com/tech/wiring/68-23.jpg.
2) while you're there, make sure all of your grounds are good.
(but I'm betting your TS switch is the issue.)

Re: Need help with Troubleshooting my lights...
Instead of throwing parts at it, I suggest ya buy a volt/ohm meter. Even Harbor Freight's $6 Centech is worth it. Sometimes they are free with a coupon! I have like six of them.
First check the grounds.
Start with the tail light. Measure for voltage along the circuit starting from the bulb socket and go towards the turn signal switch and headlight switch.... you do know that wiring diagrams are available in Fordification, right? Use them !
Do the same with the turn signal circuit.
