still having trouble with gauges working right..

new fuel gauge,new regulater on the back of cluster,wired right, i am at a wall...none of the others are doing right.... :? :cry: :evil: :help: :pray:

Checked power to the new regulator? Fuse blown? Connections bright and tight? Good grounds? Lots of possibilities. Good luck. Dan

How about grounds at the sensors? Especially the fuel tank. Rust between the tank and straps messes the ohms up. Missing/corroded battery negative to body frame and cab? Bad ground in the dash?

Like my Aircraft Technical Systems E/E instructor told me 40 years ago, "Power is switched on and off, but ground is forever or else the pilot is put under it!".

ok..all gauges working but the fuel gauge is not showing fuel level right. How do u adjust it to show right level of fuel?
